This office primarily served Debtors in Bankruptcy, though they also did Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Domestic Relations. On May 1, 1996, Mary Jane Cardwell opened her office in the federal building and later moved across the street. Her office is now located at 616 Tebeau Street, Waycross, Georgia. Her work now is primarily Bankruptcy - Debtor, Creditor and Trustee. She has had extensive experience in local government work and served as the City Attorney for the City of Waycross, Georgia for three years. Mary Jane occassionally handles Social Security Disability, Uncontested Divorces, some General Trial Practice, and serves as one of the court-appointed Guardian Ad Litems for the Juvenile Court of Ware County Georgia, and Superior Court of the Waycross Judicial Circuit.
